VIDEO: Online data is increasingly at risk. Hackers are getting smarter and companies across the globe are facing a shortage of trained professionals who can help protect their data. To fill this gap, the U.S. government is beefing up its efforts to recruit the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.

On This Day in American History
On June 10, 1928, author and illustrator Maurice Sendak is born in Brooklyn, New York. Sendak is most known for authoring and illustrating the classic children’s book, Where the Wild Things Are, which was published in 1963. The highly acclaimed book was novel in the way it depicted childhood worries and rebellion, and some called the book too scary for children. But in 1964, Sendak’s book was awarded the prestigious Caldecott Medal. Sendak died in 2012 at the age of 83.

But an earthquake in 2011 did severe damage to the church–damage that has yet to be fully repaired. Recently, a fundraiser for the cathedral was held in which participants made a replica of the building out of Legos.
