It’s not always about US workers losing jobs to China. A small American town is about to get a boost from China’s largest textile company, which says it will create 800 jobs and pay wages of more than $15 an hour once it turns an abandoned TV manufacturing plant into a yarn spinning factory in an economically challenged part of Arkansas.
