In Kansas’s poorest county, where businesses are shuttered and some farmers are earning less for their crops than they were just a few years ago, there’s a yearning for the change they hope President Donald Trump will bring to America’s heartland.

On February 22, 1980, the ‘miracle on ice’ occurs when the underdog U.S. hockey team, made up of several college players, scores one of the most dramatic upsets in Olympic history by defeating the four-time defending gold-medal winning Soviet team at the XIII Olympic Winter Games in Lake Placid, New York. Two days later, the Americans go on to defeat Finland to win Olympic gold.

From marijuana-laced candy to body lotion infused with the controversial plant, cannabis  is becoming a big business in the United States. Marijuana is now legal in 28 U.S. states for either medical or recreational use. Former President Barack Obama took a hands-off approach, leaving it up to the states to govern and prosecute the use of marijuana. However, there’s now uncertainty whether the Trump administration with crackdown on pot or not.
