Donald Trump owes money to a German bank that’s under federal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice. The Deutsche Bank is a longtime business partner of the president elect, most recently providing loans to help turn the Old Post Office Pavilion in Washington, D.C., into Trump’s latest luxury hotel. The president hasn’t said exactly what he plans to do next, but he can do it in style because he’s in line for a pretty nifty presidential retirement package. Here’s what U.S. presidents get once they leave the Oval Office for good.

Here comes the sun. More than 600 million people in Africa have no access to electricity but a new technology could power up their world again. The price of off-grid solar systems has plummeted to the point where consumers can spread the cost — by renting the equipment and paying for electricity only when they need it, for less than 50 cents a day.
