Donald Trump looms large in the battle for control of Congress. On October 20, 1947, the notorious Red Scare hits Hollywood when a Congressional committee in Washington begins investigating Communist influence in Tinseltown. More than 50 animal welfare groups are calling on local officials to intervene and relocate a bear named Pizza that’s being kept in captivity at a shopping center in Guangzhou, southern Guangdong province.
