Until very recently, almost no one talked about the so-called ‘alternative right’. But then Hillary Clinton linked Donald Trump to the fringe hate group, which used to exist mostly on message boards filled with white nationalist and anti-Semitic memes. Now, the movement is no longer on the political periphery, and its young supporters are boasting about their perceived new influence in the Republican Party.
